Welcome to Transport Prague. By using our services and booking a transfer through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings made through the website are subject to availability. After completing the booking form, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your booking reference number. Your booking is considered confirmed once it is recorded in our system.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are calculated based on the vehicle category and date (holiday surcharges may apply).
- Payment is usually made directly to the driver in cash (CZK, EUR) or by credit card, unless specified otherwise.
- The price includes VAT, tolls, and parking fees at the airport for up to 45 minutes.
3. Waiting Time and No-show
- Airport pickups: The driver waits for 45 minutes from the actual flight arrival time. If you are delayed by luggage or immigration, please contact us.
- Hotel/Address pickups: The driver waits for 15 minutes for free. After this time, the booking may be considered a "No-show".
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Responsibilities
Transport Prague is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., heavy traffic, accidents, extreme weather conditions, or flight delays).
